The Trouble with Dreams

Come on an adventure into Dreamland, where anything is possible.
Everything is going wrong for eleven-year-old Tiggy Post. She loathes doing homework and avoids it whenever she can – if only it wasn’t so boring. It’s almost the end of last term and Tiggy’s laziness has finally caught up with her. Her grades are appalling and her teacher is furious. Worse still, her parents have cancelled her twelfth birthday party and are threatening to send her to summer school. Even her little dog, Smudge, is ignoring her. Trouble seems to follow her around and now the most dreadful thing of all is looming… what if she has to repeat the whole year while her friends go off to high school?
Worried about her future, Tiggy is beset by a series of strange dreams. She and her best friend, Jayne, are intrigued by the peculiar elements in the dreams, elements that keep showing up in real life. Together they discover that although dreams are sometimes frightening, they can also be marvellous adventures, filled with mystery and fun. They can even provide clues about real life.
What if you could learn to control them… even just a little bit?
“Anything really is possible… in your dreams.”
This is a story about family, friendship, responsibility and the curious nature of dreams.
